Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 60-Day Full Refund Window
At Optivnet, client satisfaction is our top priority. You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 60 days (two months) from the date of purchase of your service or subscription. After 60 days, we may offer a partial refund, service credit, or project adjustment at our discretion.
2. How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, service name, and the reason for your refund or cancellation request.
- Requests must be made from the same email address used during the purchase or subscription sign-up.
- Once your request is received, we will review your service progress and respond with the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
A full refund may be issued if:
- No substantial portion of the project or service has been completed or delivered.
- The service delivered was not as described or failed to meet the agreed project scope.
- A cancellation is requested within the first 60 days of purchase.
Partial refunds or credits may apply if work has already begun but remains incomplete or delayed beyond agreed timelines.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
- Completed web design, marketing, or development projects.
- Domain registration, hosting, and third-party software fees.
- Customized digital strategies or consulting hours already delivered.
- Subscription renewals or ongoing monthly retainers once the new billing cycle has begun.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the confirmation, please:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your payment provider — some refunds take time to post.

7. Service Adjustments or Credit
If you prefer a service adjustment, extension, or credit instead of a refund, please contact our support team within 60 days of your purchase. We are happy to find the best resolution for your case.
